starview 1 loading new software problem

    hi all i am trying to load the new starview 1 software which is CryptStar-v1.4-Core400, i am loading this bin file using GTRom Loader v4.0, when i am in the GTRom Loader and i select the bin file and then click download a window will appear saying downloading... abut after good 5 minutes it is still on 0% can someone help me plz.

    do the following m8

    GMRom loader v4.00

    COM SETTING
    Serial Port - COM1 (this depends on your pc or laptop settings)
    Baud Rate - 115200

    STB Settting
    STB Model - (leave this as it shows on the screen)donot add anything here , it should a set of numbers , pickedup from your receiver
    Bin File - CryptStar-v1.4-core400.bin

    FILE TYPE - App File Only

    then click on the Download button
