starview 1 need help

    ive had my starview 17 month its got the latest firmware/software on its just started to turn its self off when its on. and when its turned off ie when the clocks displayed.when the clocks displayed it like a power serge and just leaves a green dash on the front. when you turn it off/on at the back .it comes back all working for about 5 to 30 mins or some times longer. then does the same .its not a clone box its got 7x25 vents and cryptstar-v4 core on it. system info on the box says api ver 400eE boot ver 7.0. 7 jun 2007 please help cheers dan

    Try factory reset then re flash it with the 257e, failing that it sounds like it needs Jtagging!!!

    cheers do you mean 257e out of the old firmware folder or the one for clones

    cheers des put 257e on everything back perfect. just one more question, will it auto roll itself
