Starview 1 (Original box) Missing Channel 4

So I appear to live in an area lucky enough to have not been hit by the N3 upgrade (yet), however, I've lost Channel 4 and Channel 4 +1 after performing a factory reset and rescan of my Starview box.

I cant figure out where they've gone, or how I'm supposed to get them back. Does anyone know if there's a resource I can use to find the channel frequencies for my area (South Tyneside) so I can manually scan for it?

I've tried 3 auto scans and none have picked it up.

 

have you tried it without any splitters, just direct feed from cable to the box

 

Just tried rescanning it this morning and they appeared again. Guess it was a signal issue at the time.
