Starview 1 problem

Hi guys
I see tonight that the Starview here in Glasgow (NT HelL) has gone down.
I am using the V3.57EE firmware (as i can't decide if my box is a clone or not!!, some features say a clone others say an original) anyway, first order of things is to manually change the keys, to the new ones posted today, done this, and the box goes into its "updating" screen for a wee while then appears as if the channel is going to come on, but goes back to "updating". so back in to the nagravision i go and find the "00" codes are completely different from the ones i just put in??(the "01" codes remain the same)Anyone have any ideas to help here,please?
