Please Help My Sarview 1 was working fine till christmass.I have ver 4.0 and i am in bexley heath area.I have nthell account but my SV scanned channel on TW so i used it happily for many month in December all channels vanished i did the scan reset it but no channles can be scanned any more on any provider. Then i plug back my cable to orignal box and i have standred package from NTHell fine so cale is fine. I uploaded the channel file and i ave all my channel but alwys say scrambled and dont decode any.i check that if i check signal and quality by pressing sl on remote these are good average so signal have no issu but i cant scan any more and i cant watxh any channel as always scramble even free ones like bbc and stuff is alse scrambled. Please help is new SV 3 and eurovox V are better boxes if i buy new will it help me or not.?????
Try a factory reset MENU, factory setting pin 0000 OK to Delete "Turn the b0x off for a minute, then turn back on" English, installation choose provider Auto Scan Press OK channels found EXIT Press MENU - 1570 Turn EMU on exit, exit, exit
