starview 1 stuck in menu mode

    hi could anybody help me with my starview 1
    i cannot exit menu mode the cursor also skips past parental control and channel edit options thanks

    It appears that you have probably re-set to Factory Settings and there are no channels on the box, turn it off at the back for a minute and then back on and Menu - Choose Installation OK - and set it up again.
