Starview 1 wont update any ideas any 1

I have a starview 1 box and i cant get and picture on it and when i try to up date it it just has a 0 on the display pannel and comes up on the pc that the update as failed has any 1 got any ideas thanks or is it possible that the box is broke

 

0 on display may mean internal caps leaking or blown.

 

if i take box a part is it easy to see and is it fix able

 

if you flashed it did you scan for channels before you open it up.
