hi i am trying to flash a starview 1 . i have the cables and know they work i tried to upload the firmware but all im getting is flash update fail any help????
Are you sure you have a null modem cable and not an ordinard rs232? Are you using vista and a usb connector, or xp? It's a lot simpler to just use the null modem cable and xp, if you can get to a pc that has them.
anbody else lost all there channels im in dublin and signal was very bad for a while then it went to a blank screen so i put it on sly 2 and it updated to 20% came back went again and now it just says no signal on all channels checked emu its on signal is fine on tv si im puzzled wont pick any up on rescan oh and its sv1
all fixed i left it on sly 2 and it updated twice more and now its fine i dont know what happend i know a litle about sv and i never seen that before when it whent off it changed the tv type from pal to ntsc
