Starview 1570 not working

    Hi, can anyone help me please, have looked at other threads but they have not helped. Have a new starview box THE BOX. installed it all worked fine till i tried to turn the EMU key on and cant get into the Menu after putting in 1570. from the other forums the info i have is it is verison 4.54 and had 25X7 vents. can anyone help me please. Thanks so much.

    Sarah can you access the main menu to see have you got 4.54 on?

    You need to load the logo file, the box's come with 4.54 loaded, but you need to load the logo file to access the CAS menu. Or load 4.51 or 4.50 if you are in Ireland
