Starview 2 Box Installation Problems

Have downloaded software onto box but when I connect it to TV I'm getting a blank screen and the display on the box is showing flashing lines. Do I need to download software again?

 

Im sure you mean the firmware ?

What firmware did you download and where abouts are you located ?

I downloaded the following bin file from PC to the box using GT ROM LOADER:
thebox_Ireland_H20070705_450eE_api

Located in Kildare.

You need to flash again and wait till it is finished completely after you see 100% you have to wait another 40/50 seconds till you get another message ok
