Starview 2 - Channels not working

Hi,

Can someone please help me? Some of the channels e.g ITV2 and others have completely gone blank and everytime I go that channel a message saving 'please wait saving channel, frequency has changed' and once that has completed all the other channels have a message saying 'scrambled or bad channel'. I then have to take the plug out for the channels to work again but ITV2 and others still won't work and display the same messages as before.

Please help me?

 

I would do a factory reset and scan first and see if that fixes it.

What box have you got?

 

Its a Starview 2 BLUSH.

I would try a manual scan if the auto does not give you any joy.
