hi....hope someone will be able to help....the box has the dec 2008 firmware..4.0....its working fine,but occasionally whilst im browsing through the epg or channels,the screen goes green and then freezes and then the box switches off and then powers up again....not too much of a problem,but can anyone suggest why this happens and if there is a solution ...regards
i had the same prob i had to update to :api ver 4.54e_E boot version7.0 15th oct 2007,i know its older than the one you have but i haven't had a prob since so if you can upgrade firmware or just change it that might help
