starview 2 help(windows vista pc)

    i bought a starview 2 recently but unfortunately it has been scrambled.im not really good with computers or computer talk,i just need simple step by step instructions to get it working again......plz help me

    press menu on the remote. then press 1570 and a secret menu pops up. turn on emu and exit and wait a few seconds for an update.

    i did that but nothing happened the tv says no signal not scrambled,do u know whats wrong?

    plug the tv direct to your cable connection and check you have a signal and if you have then check that all your connections are in the right place and are in securely.

    ty for help,got it fixed......somehow,dont ask me how i just kept on trying to get my channels and failing till it eventually worked,then just switched on emu and there we go,ty for help.
