Starview 2 - keeps on updating HELP!!!

Im based in the UK with Virgin Media and my Starview 2 box has been working fine for the last year or so but now all i get is the free view channels. When i go onto non freeview channel it starts to update and continues till about 150% then stops for about 5 seconds at which point it restarts all over again.

Iv tried to retore factory setting and install again but that hasnt worked and im out of ideas.

Please any help would be much appreciated.
