Starview 2 naas

Hi folks, just wondering if someone could help me with the following.
I have a starview 2 box with the following system information
API ver: 4.57e_E
Boot Ver: 7.0
22 Dec 2008

I am in naas and on true cable. I used to have about 60 channels but I have been gone a month or so and have come back to find no channels are available!

I have the minimum 13 or so on the regular cable, I have tried factory reset, checked if the emu key in on, and did a manual scan on some of the frequencies listed on other threads, but '0 programs found'

Make sure your symbol rate is 6875 when scanning.

rate is 6875, retried, says it found about 23 channels on autoscan, but when I go to view them, I get a black screen for at least 15 minutes and a message saying 'data is being updated 0%'

 

try a different channel,wait 15 secs it should start to move,if not try another channel,power off at back then on can work also

 

Go back into the CAS menu & set the default key & exit to s*y two.
It should update for you.
