Starview 2 not powering up! please help

    Hi, I have a starview 2 box and when i power it on at the back the led on the front flashes over to the right and stays like that??? it wont switch on. also i have tried to re-flash the software onto it but it wont allow me?? anyone out there got any ideas?? thanks

    when downloading the software to it first switch it off, press download and then switch it on.
