Hi, I have just re-flashed my starview 2 the bow with firmware ending in 454e, and I rescanned for the channels, which I got 414 of. I flashed and rescanned as a few channels had gone missing ie Living, s*k sports 1. But although I've got s*y sports 1 back, it is a really bad pic - breaking up(pixelating) and freezing Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I've checked all the cables are in tight, and have no splitter. The pic is perfect on most other channels. I'm in east midlands and am vm (ex n*l) cheers
delete it and then do a manual scan(note the frequency before you delete) and see if that helps if not it could just be a cable problem in your area.
Thanx guys, I'll try it and let u know what happens - I had 4.51 on before I flashed it, and had lost loads of channels, and had lots of picture freezing.
If you are happier with the 4.54 then stick with that & follow karls advice, & hopefully the channels come back clearer.
Hi, now s*y sports 1 is totally black saying "no signal", and the same with Living(+ probably more) So I have deleted s*y sports 1 and done a manual scan, but nothing was found?? Any ideas? I'm still on 4.54 by the way
UPDATE: I have now reflashed with 4,51 and have got about 376 channels, but still no s*y sports or Living-they are not even on the list? AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGH!
