    Apologies for potential thickness!!!

I recently got my Starview 3 - "The Box Super" - set up with the help of Afterdawn of course.
Is it possible to attach a PVR to it, so that I can record a full series of a show, such as prison break?

    Hi
Yes, you can connect the Starview 3 scart output to the input of a PVR or DVD recorder ONLY if they have scart inputs.

    Hi
No, if you are just going to buy a PVR ie (a box with a Hard Drive in it only, and no tuner) they are not region specific, but as said make sure it allows recording input via a scart connection, another alternative is to buy a mains DVD recorder to be able to record from your SV3 to re-writable DVD's, again via scart connection.

    Hi

I have got a starview pvr with F/W 4506 15oct. It worked fine. but now just started rebooting on me. When i turn the box on it shows the blue screen and then the start up picture(like a blue sheld) makes a loud noise and reboots. It does not even allow me to go into the menu or view any stations?

    Any one can help plz?

    Hi
Suspect power supply, check capacitors, or get the power supply checked out by someone.
