starview 3 box password

    hi i would like some help witha starview box i bought the box a couple of months ago for a friend know he has changed the 4 digit password from 0000 to something else which he cant remember he has also locked the menu bar as well so i cant access the menu to reset the bix to factory condition is there anyone that can help me solve this problem many thanks
