Hi My box has not been working for several weeks now and it is doing my head in and i need some serious help! At the minute when i connect the box to through ntl cable it does a search and finds 342 channels..............in the past i have then just gone to the emu menu and turned that on then it progress bar came on and all the channels appear now it finds all the channels but when i turn emu on and it goes onto the progress bar it does not load any channels....the percentage bar can go up to 200%? then it just loops back to 0% and starts again (have left it on for a few hrs to see if worked but no joy) I have not updated any software on the box and dont know if this is the reason why? if i need to update box can you tell me what cables i need as i use a laptop and the software i need to get please need to get it working soon cos big footy match on tonight!
