Starview 3 channels problem

    I have a starview 3 box genuine one. It was working fine but yesterday I switched it off and unplugged it to plug in my dvd player to watch a movie. Now today when I plugged in the box back all the channels have gone. Please help me.

    is coaxial plugged into cable input,scart tv-tv and is ur emu on

    what is emu?
    all the cables are plugged in properly.

    press menu - type 1570 and tab down to EMU and press across and turn on, if you still have no channels, I would look at where your cable is plugged into

    the emu was off which i have not changed to on, i did the scanning again and this has helped all the channels are back, thank you very much for the help.
