starview 3 down in glasgow

my box seems to be down, i was using the codes from KM the last 2 weeks and all was working fine up untill now. any help would be apreciated ,

You need to flash your SV3 with the latest firmware.

 

thanks for the speedy resonce m8, i am pretty new here , last time i posted was when the boxes went down a few weeks ago, someone told me to flash it with new firm ware but i just stuck to using the KM, so i guess that doesnt work anymore, and i am now having to to what you are suggesting. i apreciate the speedy responce as i said .
