Could i be a cheap-skate and load starview 3 firmware on to a starview 2 box if i did a factory reset on my box, it was just thought, as anyone tried it yet?. Someone i know has just got a starview 3 and the OSD is a lot more avdanced than the sv2.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! sv 3 files are for sv 3 boxes only ... you run the risk of killing your sv 2 by loading files onto it that are meant for different boxes
Ok. it was just an idea i had..... not a very good one by the sounds of it!!!!, i thought that might be the response i got, but was hoping to hear something else. thanks for the quick reply.
