starview 3 help

    i currently have a starview 3 box bu there seems to be a few channels missing i wanted to know how i can do a manual scan? can anyone help me please

    i live in greenford and my provider is virgin media

    as far as i can remember if v****n customer check their website of channels down due to maintenance.
