Hi there, newbie alert. Thanks to all your threads and tutorials, I have managed to get my sv3 up and running fine apart from the odd reboot problem. My only problem? is, on using my sv3 line out to feed my ntell box I noticed, what I now know as the loop back led flashing. Unfortunately I cannot find the thread that suggested my service provider could possibly detect something from this information. My multipart question to any of your more knowlegable members is: Has anybody else noticed this. Can my provider tell there is no loop back. Would a proper splitter eradicate the problem. Do I even need to connect my old stb. Am I being paranoid ?? Thanks in advance for any constructive advice. Cheers!
Why did you use the loop out, just use a splitter as you have said. The LED is indicative of an update to the subbed box thats all. And no there is no talkback.
Cheers scOuser, for putting my mind at rest. The reason i used the inbuilt splitter is because its there. Probably will buy a seperate one. Thanks for your reply.
