starview 3 missing channels

hi i have a starview3 box and itv2 + 3 & sky movies modern wasnt showing for me they was saying scrambled or bad channels so i did the factory reset and the auto scan ect... as you should and they appeared but now i seem to of lost sky movies screen 1 & 2 also a couple of other channels. ive tried to delete them and manual scan to find them and even tried to factory reset again but nothing wil redeem the channels and i really enjoy the movies shown on them.

is there anyway to get these channels back on? ive tried everything i could find on the forums with no luck =(

You need to put up your location and service provider so that others can come back with the missing freq's.

 

hi my location is bolton and my service provider is ex C&W. im not sure if the box is set to my location tho how can i check?

 

Sky screen 1 and 2 are on 379.000 for Bolton, have you done a manual scan on this freq's without any splitters on your feed.

 

if i took the splitter off it wouldnt pick up any signal to scan for a channel would it?

 

Yes it will still pick up a signal

 

thanks that did the trick but im missing spice & extreme that i had previously they are in the extra channels that are numbered 3000
