starview 3 no channels

hi i just got a new starview 3 cable box this week plugged it in and did as instructed. i tried all providers as the channels came on but then it just says bad data channel scrambled or summat. emu is turned on and still nothing. i bought it off ebay from wizzard promotions and they said if anything goes wrong to contact them so i did and the said pay £35 for them to fix it or do it yourself and gave me a site to go to i went and new members cant download anything i dont have a clue wot im supposed to do and how do i know if i have a clone starview box or genuine any help most appreciated

 

clones only have 18 slots x 7 on the top kosha boxes 25 slots

 

ok its not a clone so how do i get it to work anyone got any ideas good job i didnt cancel my sky sports package or i not see the match or boxing. any one know how to get channels wo0rking on my starview box please post a reply thanks very much
