Starview 3 no s/s 1 or 2

Hi ple,

Hoping someone will be able to help me. On my Starview3, I get most channels, inc set sp 1 and s/s xtr however I cannot get s/a 1 or 2! I have no idea how to go about getting them, I did pick them up once on the auto scan, but then I lost set sports and s/s xtra! After a rescan recently, I only pick up set sports and no s/s 1 or 2.

Any advice will be appreciated greatly...!

gone over to new encryption nagra2/3,read other threads about problem
in irl=no fix [ yet ]

 

Ah ok, its not just me with this problem then... and there is no fix either. I will jus wait then. Thank you for update
