starview 3 no signal help

i've just moved house and my tarview was working properly at my old house...but now ive connected it up in my new house and it just says no signal done the emu key auto scan everything i get the basic channels through my cable but the no signal message when i plug it in my box any ideas people

try restoring factory settings first then doing the emu and channel scan again
