hi All, can anyone advise me please. I have a Starview 3 'the Box Super' and my provider is VM in London. Everyday, I lose chanels and have to go to the munu and press the default key 'ok'. then and only then do i get the channels back. What do I have to do to get it to autoupdate? Any help is much apprciated. thank you!
Well it is actually auto-updating when you do that and get them back, agreed you should not have to do that everyday!!! only when they change and I'm sure they don't everyday. What firmware have you on the box, it should be version 8.00 for the UK.
