starview 3 not powering up

    hi all i have a starview 3 thats stopped powering up. any ideas what could be wrong?

    i have a starview 4 that has a bootloader issue could i use anything out of that to get the starview 3 working?

    hi,sound like the 1000uf 10v capasitor may have gone on the power board these are unstable on the starviews hence why people replace them with a 1000uf 16v from maplins 54p failing that it could need jtag you will find all the info about this if you look on this forum, i'm not sure if the power board is the same on the starview 4 if it is swop it over who knows, good luck.
