starview 3 not working please help.

    I have redone factory settings,reinstalled.but nothing is showing.there's green dollar signs next to the channels.and when i go to the menu.1570 emu is on,after exit it just says data is being updated.10% 50% 130% 200% then the screen is blank.can anyone help.thanks
