Starview 3 NTL key data

hi guys im new 2 this so bear with me need some help. i have bought a starview 3 which had loaded on it software 6.00e so autoscanned channels all came up but none viewable coz bad/scrambled channels, so i updated the box to the new 7.05e version activated the EMU and it worked straight away HOWEVER when i changed channel the box froze and so turned it off and back on now when i auto scan comes up saying "failed" and NO channels even get detected????? just wondering if i need the key data perhaps or any other ideas you guys got??? also just a quickie does any1 know where i could buy an original starview 1 box from online??? cheers guys hope someone can help?
