Starview 3 rebooting(for a starview techniphobe)

    Sorry if this has been asked before.

    I have had a starview box 3 for about 6 weeks and most of the time it works fine, but every so often it will switch itself of and reboot, sometimes when this has happened all the channel move, also when i search in the catorgories menu the channels wont work.

    Could someone please explain, i'm sure its something simple.
