i just got a new starview box,i have tried to update the firmw@re, but its not working . my system information is API ver7:08e, Boot ver8:0, 18 april 2008.is their a way to change the API ver?

yes, i have all the right cables. the my laptop, confirmed the starview box was connected, and also the right port for the usb.
