Starview 3 The Box Super Gone Down

    I have had this box for ages and i didnt give me any problems since ive bought it. Yesterday for some reason it lost all signals about 4pm and ever since it didnt come back, can anyone help me and let me know what may be the problem is, i checked the virgin status in my area and everything seems to be fin. Hope you guys can help me, thanks

    Is it saying "no signal" or "scrambled or bad ch@nnel" ??

    well 1st it said no signal, so then i re-tuned it and now its not picking up nothing

    menu > 1570
    Turn "key emu" on & exit back to channels.

    all channels have been resetted, so their is no channels, i cant tune and find any channels at all

    Make sure your coaxial cable is in "cable input" on the back of the b0x, & your scart is pushed in fully in the TV slot on the b0x & in your TV.

    Remove the coaxial from the st@rview & put it in your TV & see if you`re getting the basic channels.

    Try doing a factory reset, then do an auto scan!!!

    no am not for some reason:S is their any way i can find out properly to get my road status for virgin media tv?

    If you`re not getting any of the basic channels on your TV, then it could be your cc or a faulty connection.

    whats a cc, and how could i sort this out as am not with virgin meadia no more:S?

    cc = cable co.
    If you are not with them then you wont get any channels on the St@rview 3.you need the basic subscription.
