starview 3 the box super NEED HELP

can any one help i have just bought a new SV3 box i have auto downloaded all channels i have them all and there scrambeled... i have tried to access the secret menu by pressing 1570 but it will not work am i using the wrong 4 diget code can any one help thanks

 

it hasn,t been flashed if youcant access the secret menu!

 

do u have any idea how i do this. if its a long process do you have a link to the page i need to visit thanks alot
