had my starview box for 2 weeks, worked fine then a total wipeout except for bbc1,1 itv etc. i am a complete novice with these things.can anyone help me get this thing going again any advice more than welcome
your not alone.....follow the link below http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/663923 then click on the eamos library link...you need to upgrade your firmware to the 8.02e starview super firmware....if you have any probs after that,you'l find many threads on here to help...let me know...theres always someone on here who can help,but what your asking has been dealt with on many threads on this forum...
hi scandalou, been laid up with the flu. ok i followed your advice and got as far as d/loading gt rom. firmware8.02e. whats next ?as i say i am a complete novice at this, i'm told i need a rs 232c cable to hook up to my pc. ? what comes next .please advise me and many thanks. god be with you.
