Starview 4 box frozen

I tried installing some software on the Super Box USB, it has frozen at 8% when installing one of the BIN files. The remote does nothing.

There is a Warning notice on the screen when installing the file saying not to turn off any power as it may damage the box.

Any advice or ideas??

try a factory reset the flash it again with the new firmware. makes sure your using the right file

 

Im totally new to all this?
How do you do a factory reset? Any time I turn the box on I just get a blank blue screen?
The box shows 8888 for about 3 seconds and then goes to 8882 and I can't do anything. The remote does nothing?
