Starview 4 Box

    Please help.I have purchased a starview 4 box and have managed to automatic scan the channels but the only channels I can see are BBC1,BBC 2,ITV,Ch4an Ch 5 + CBBC etc.
    If i move to all the other channels all I can see is the name of the Channel + the timings of the programme BUT NO PICTURE. Can anyone help as to why this is the case? Thanks Sam

    flash the box with the latest firmware.
    box's are sold as free to air only

    can anyone please guide me to a site where i can download the latest starview 4 box firmware to decode the channels. currently i can only view the terrestrial channels.
