Hi, I bought a Starview 4 Box last week and can;t get it to work. I have followed the instructions (a few times) and have had no luck at all. I've updated the software and double checked the instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
What software did you put on it? and what is happening with the box? are you getting any channels? bit more info needed.
Hi, I used the software Version Beta 1.05. I used the automatic scan to scan all the company names listed - N/T/L, Ch00us etc but it has never found any channels.
Ok, you should be using the 1.06 software now anyway, what provider have you got ? Cho**s or N*L ? it is not an MMDS feed you are working off by any chance?
Hi, thanks. I'll have to look for that in the above message. I haven;t a clue what MMDS is. The provider here is Cho00s N/T//L (thats whats on my bill). I'll try find that software and give it a try. THanks for your help. I'll post how I get on.
That sounds like MMDS and if it is Ch**us you will need a Eurovox TX or similar box as the other boxes will not work on Ch**us MMDS.

You have the wrong box for MMDS (that aerial on the roof is your MMDS aerial), the box you bought its for cable feed only
