Starview 4 dead put power still going to it.

Hi i have a starview 4 box which is dead put when i switch it on a hear a whering sound from the power supply.

does any one have any ideas if this can be fixed or is it fit for the bin

nope it's not :-( are there any fixes for it.

you need a new power board you can set from e bay
