starview 4 losing picture and sound

starview4 box the sound randomly goes or the picture goes blank but you can still hear the sound. there seems to be no permanent solution other than switching the box on and off is there any way to get rid of this its quite annoying to keep having to reset. is there anyone who have this problem manage to fix it. ive tried with all the firmwares but still same problem.

have you tryed a different scart lead?

 

yes i have tried different scart leads im starting to think this problem may be a software bug

 

alot of us sv4 usb owners are suffering the same,maybe the issue will be ironed out in future firmware releases.
