Hi I am having problems scanning my Starview 4, It is getting stuck at 84%. When I exit and try again it will eventually scan but only 50% of the channels come in. I then have to manual scan, again the same problem getting stuck, I eventually get all the chanels after numerous attempts. I've now discovered if I switch the unit off it hasn't saved the channels that I have scanned manually. Please help. Never had a problem with my starview 3.
