Hi, Does anyone know how to set up starview 4 English subtitles whichs a red button “sub” and is not working on the starview 4 remote. The subtitles sign come on said “no service” but there is other button called “TXT” on the remote when I press the button they come on with big full black square on the channel with subtitle below. it is interrupted the channel which I can’t see the TV. My normal TV remote’s subtitles is not working on the starview 4 box. Can you help me? Please. Thanks
