Starview 4 super usb

    Hi,

    We have Starview 4 super usb all been working fine with firmware v1.10 over the last few days certain channels have not been working, trying to update software to v1.12 is this correct?(if so got it on memory stick stuck it in the box but it wont download)

    Symtoms we receive now are "no signal" displayed certain channels in the catagories, same problem channels are duplicated in all channels menu i.e. x2 ITV channels one no signal one works


    Any ideas????

    just factory reset and re-scan on your provider, they are doing work in the UK

    can you play your downloaded films on your sv4 with your usb stick ifso do i needto convert them to a certain format or do i just need to change the extension to something like .ts or .bin as for the bin files

    YES GOT SAME PROBLEM , hi there can u help me i av a starview 4 super usb box and av lost a few channels in past few days how do i get thm bk ?? skysports extra eurosport itc channel 4 few others

    Hi, I was having same prob last night & was missing sky premier, I did a factory reset
    autoscan & made sure keycode was on in the 1570 menu and the 'No Signal' dissapeared and channel came back on. V1.12 did fix the power off reset time problem
