it looks like you may have got a clone box if that is all it is displaying when you turn your box on then its blocked i dont think you can do much for it now sorry cant be more helpfull
the 8882 error is caused by 2 or 3 reasons 1. when flashing the box, you have ended the flash to early (main cause, impatience) 2. you have plugged the usb stick in or out with the power on to the box 3 you have a clone box which is now dead,as clone killer is included in the new software. for options 1 & 2 there is a jtag to recover from this which can be found here http://www.skywonder.co.uk/product.php?productid=1171&cat=0&page=1
