starview 4 usb

    i bought a starview 4 usb box but i cant get it scan passed 31% and also i cant get into the hidden menu to turn on emu anyone who can help i would be grateful as its for my mum and we have just been reconnected after 30 years thanks chris

    what firmware version is on the box?
    The one you need is 1v.12.
