starview 4

hi my starview 4 has recently gone off. put 1.12 fimware on done a scan and nothing not one channel, im in NI have tried with hidden menu on as well and still nothing? please help.

 

try a scan on 6875 provider chorus and see does that work for you make sure you are scanning with no splitters and on direct cable first point of entry for best signal

 

still nothing any more ideas?

 

did you try your cable direct into the Tv ?? if not try that and see what you get what connections have you got on your cable now ?? providers box Broadband and other boxes ?
