Can somebody please help me.I have a starview box and i am trying to dowload the upgrade bin 400, it all goes okay but when I get to the download box the 0% is there then when I press download it just makes the 0% jump slightly but nothing else.I need some kind knowledgable person to help me sort this, I will add however I am an absolute novice on computers, so please make instructions as easy as possible, I thasnk you in anticipation. johnte
